Introduction of new ERP system for Hite brewery and Jinro group.

Hite Brewery and Jinro group will introduce a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to increase comparative advantages and the construction of an advanced information system.
ERP is a system that integrates all activates such as production, finance and accounting, sales, debt, purchasing, logistics, and materials—which previously operated separately—as one unified system.
Hite brewery and Jinro Group employees stated that the purpose of the new ERP system is to get rid of all non-value added actions and expenses and increase transparency. ERP is a meaningful tool because the sales system of Hite Brewery and Jinro Group will be integrated together after next year.
Hite Brewery and Jinro Group created a new ERP project team and selected LG CNS as the consulting team to build the Information strategy planning and Process innovation. Hite Brewery and Jinro Group will plan to improve sales efficiency by integrating the two companies, all sales regions, and all products, which previously operated separately, on the basic of the new ERP. Furthermore, the company will introduce a customer-oriented business process by improving the structure of management accounting and management of fixed assets and upgrading their customer service system.
